Not five stars for sure!!!
Breakfast is so-so, but the staff is very friendly
There are no kettles in the room, after 23:00 you can’t make coffee for yourself
Visit the sauna or hammam, by appointment and no more than half an hour - for a 7 euros
Swimming pool to visit - 13 euros - nonsense for 5 *
Late check-in at 00:00, the watchman, apparently, took away the passport, since it is not in the competence of the watchman to check the reservation.
The hotel is like a train station for large groups for one night. In general, think, in Meteora there are private hotels that will be much more hospitable than here

Dieses Hotel ist weit weg von einem 5-Sterne Hotel! Weder Gepäckservice noch Getränke - Wasser hätte gereicht - vorhanden. Keine Möglichkeit, am Morgen eine Kaffee zu erhalten - weder Espresso noch einen Cappuccino. Hallenbad war nicht offen und der Service war unfreundlich und unflexibel. Für Gruppen mag es geeignet sein aber nicht für individual Gäste. So enttäuschend, so dass wir statt 2 Nächte nur 1 Nacht dort verbracht haben. Alles in allem; nicht empfehlenswert
